We recently purchased the item listed above and are unable to get the metronome sound. Could you please assist?

This tuner starts in Tuning Mode automatically, so to switch to Metronome Mode, you have to hold down the M/T button on the right (between the power and mode buttons).
Once in Metronome Mode, if you tap the On button (not hold), it will start the beat. You can change the tempo with the up/down arrows on the left side, as well as change the subdivision with the bottom left button. The Mode button changes the beat number.
To stop the metronome, tap the On button again.
