Included are pieces with spoken cues assisting movement through the BrainDance as well as completely instrumental pieces. A nursery rhyme BrainDance is provided for the very young. An informative "poster" shows the basics of the BrainDance.  Not intended for sitting and listening, this CD is designed for participation.
