For the past several months all associates at West Music have committed their time and talents as we prepared the technology framework that will assist us in servicing our customers for many years to come.
This had been a very large undertaking that required masterful planning, coordination, communication and patience. It has been through Jacci Brandt’s leadership that the NAV09 and Product Information Management (PIM) integration projects were successfully launched earlier this month. Likewise, Jacci has been an invaluable partner in the preparation of our new web site that is scheduled to go-live later this month. Jacci’s dedication and commitment to these long-term projects required countless hours of preparation, training, testing, and collaboration with all West Music associates as well as many vendor partners. As extraordinary leaders do, Jacci lead us through these projects with patience, understanding and resolve. Thank you Jacci for positioning West Music as “leader in innovation” and for giving us the additional tools necessary to support our vision of extraordinary customer service.
