Nothing Shines as Brilliant as a Diamond.

The natural diamond, when cut by a master gem-cutter, shines with a brilliance and radiance like no other gemstone.  Similarly, our new ‘Diamond Level’ lease instrument plays with a brilliance and resonance that is truly stunning in a student instrument.

Master luthiers take great care in creating these stringed instruments by hand – carefully carving them out of select tone-woods, hand-brushing the varnish, fitting with fine ebony pegs and fingerboards, and adjusting the cut of each bridge.  Set-up to high standards, these instruments have a projective, rich tone and are easy to play. 

Don’t take our word for it – listen to the difference!  Or even simply see for yourself; the clear, defined grain in the spruce top and the bright flaming in the maple back and sides is not only beautiful, but one of the many details that is the mark of a higher-quality instrument.  A luthier would not hurry through the making of a violin with such excellent woods, but spend more time and take more care in the carving process.

These are instruments that any student would love to play – whether they be beginners or very advanced.  Beginners will have a head start with the easy-playability and great tone; advanced players will find that the instruments have enough room for them to build on their performance skills.
