Jazz lovers everywhere!

WHAT:

Well, hello all of you jazz-lovers out there!  March is a big month for high school jazz festivals---here are a couple of large festivals coming up:

Saturday, March 5th District Jazz Festival @ Iowa City West High School (SEIBA)

Also, the final selections/winners for Iowa All-State Jazz will be postmarked to the participating directors by March 11th, 2011. Only three fantastic jazz groups will be chosen to perform. I can’t wait to hear them all at the Iowa Bandmasters Conference in Des Moines on May 12th!
