Since Lauren joined our team, she has been adaptable and willing to fulfill many different roles within the company. She helped the West Music Coralville repair shop with stock repairs and helped West Music Quad Cities when they needed additional help. She has also helped with bench testing and training of new technicians. Basically, she is a rock star! She has a great rapport with her customers and always keeps their needs in mind.
She is the go-to person in our shop when something needs to be done, even coming in on the occasional Saturday if the need arises. She does a great job at flute shows interacting with the customers and with our dealers over the phone as well. Last but not least, we enjoy her trademark brand of humor!
