The Mezz was a complete disaster and Robin asked me to find the right person to bring back the organization and quick response time needed in the Mezz. The right person was Boone! We needed an ‘attention to detail’, ‘get’r done’ kind of person that would hold up well under the display season stress load. The writing was on the wall when Boone applied. Almost overnight the Mezz became the go-to area to see an organized operational area that looked ready for the on-slaught of display season!
Though we really did not get to use him during the infamous Display Season, he proved to be the industrious organizer that the Mezz needed. His talents did not go unrecognized, when an opening became available with the Merchandise Managers. Boone brought the performance enhancement needed in the Mezz and his skills will be utilized to the fullest in his new placement.

In his very short time in the Merchandise Management department, Boone has shown great initiative and enthusiasm for his new position. He has picked up tasks quickly, he asks questions when necessary, and makes sure that our customers are getting the products they need in a timely manner. Communication has been top of mind as he regularly speaks with sales associates regarding any product questions or delays in delivery – very customer centric! I look forward to what lies ahead for Boone.
