Extraordinary Associate of the Month October 2014: Glenda O'Neil

Glenda, GONE, G-Money … whatever name she goes by, the result is the same. She rocks the AP Department. Glenda is a superstar every day in all she does. Each month she processes over 1,500 invoices, 800 checks, and more questions than can be counted. She has led the Accounts Payable team to be efficient for the past 14 years!

Glenda is patient and thorough in all her tasks - just ask her about coding (She knows it like the back of her hand!) Over the years Glenda has helped out in so many different ways, like calling customers, band displays, Closed Door Sales ... just to name a few! Glenda takes the time to talk with our suppliers and gets to the root cause of issues, she listens to their concerns and works with them to get to the resolution that is best for all involved. She is thorough with our vendors in helping to ensure we are getting the best terms possible for our accounts.

I’ve been told by others, that Glenda is always moving (which is entirely true), she is extremely organized, has great attention to detail, and a can-do attitude every day! She goes above and beyond to help out wherever she is needed and does it with a smile. Stop by and give this rock star a high five!

-As told by April Humphrey, Controller/Vice President
