Jacci and the IT team are simply amazing! They are always available to answer questions, troubleshoot issues and basically anything they can do to help. Some days I feel like my job would be impossible without them!
Whenever there is a Helpdesk ticket or issue that I can’t figure out on my own, I ask IT for a brainstorming session. They are always willing to help me solve a problem and do the investigative work necessary. I learn new things from them every time we sit down together! I thrive on those types of situations, so I almost always leave feeling accomplished. Of course there are those times when we both leave feeling more frustrated than when we started, but that’s the joy of systems-related fixes!
Jacci and the IT Team were right on top of everything with getting our XML feed in-line with D’Addario quickly (as well as troubleshooting problems on their end). Now we can easily send our POs and take advantage of the additional discount they offer. Not to mention Jacci is a wizard with Jet Reports and created an awesome report that gives us info in a matter of minutes (that used to take us days). As we moved into budget season, it was discovered that a significant amount of the reporting tools the Merchandise Management Department uses required tweaks for this year.
Jacci made time to take care of each of these requests and made sure we knew how to use them correctly. Over and over and over again. Jacci and her IT team are IT superheroes. They fix problems that seem impossible in the blink of an eye! Thank you!
