Madison Bishop is a junior at Ottumwa High School. She currently takes piano and drum lessons here at West Music Ottumwa. Her instructors are Tom Blew and Shay Hovell.

She’s been taking drum lessons for five years and piano for a little less than one. Madison said that her musical goal is to improve her playing abilities for piano and drums. She said that what she loves most about playing music is just having fun. Madison also sings with the Ottumwa High School show choir and Maestro Singers. She is in the Ottumwa High School Band, church band, and plays tennis.

In her free time you might find Madison hanging out with her younger sister and brother and her two dogs and one cat. Madison’s favorite musicians are Taylor Swift and Coldplay.

Keep up the great work, Madison!
