Luke Hull has performed for over 8 years on the drum set. He started taking lessons from his first teacher at 14 and by the time he was 16, he had started his own band. Two years later, his band was playing paid gigs almost every weekend. After high school he studied music at Black Hawk College with professional jazz musicians Don Gustafson, Edgar Crocket and Terry Hanson, earning an associate degree in music. He began teaching drum lessons in 2004.
Luke believes that learning how to play the drums is one of his biggest accomplishments. He enjoys playing all types of music and tries to embrace many different drumming styles. This month he will be having a drum clinic on Led Zeppelin Songs where he will be performing and breaking down grooves from John Bonham, ending it with a performance of Moby Dick!
