Rachel has been taking lessons from Megan Bartlett for a year and Megan says, "Rachel Powell is a kick butt clarinet player."

She is a junior at Moline High School. She is a catcher in ASA softball, in honors classes, and in band and symphony.

Rachel also enjoys drawing and writing. Her favorite music includes Mayday Parade, Trans-Siberian Orchestra, and Taylor Swift.
