"Customer "care" is the phrase that comes to mind when
I think of Marty's contributions to our team. It's impossible not to notice how much Marty genuinely cares about people. I often hear him engage customers in meaningful conversation by simply asking them how their day is going. And it's not just that he asks - it's that he genuinely cares and listens intently to their response. This builds on one of our core values - building meaningful realtionships with our customers! These traits have obviously helped Marty grow into an excellent sales person. He continues to grow in his postition as he is willing to learn new skills and techniques for increasing his sales potential.
Marty has a very fun side as well. Known as a bit of a jokester, it's not unusual to have him pull an innocent prank on any of us. He keeps us on our toes! But the gift of laughter is also one all of us appreciate from Marty."
