Bid Requests
Bid requests may be submitted three ways:
- Fill and submit the form at the top of this page.
- Fax your request to 1-888-470-3942.
- Mail your request to PO Box 5521, Coralville, IA 52241.
Please include the following information with your request:
- Contact name
- Billing name and address
- Shipping name and address (if different than Billing)
- Phone/fax/email
- Product descriptions and/or item numbers and quantities
- Deadline - Bid processing takes 1-2 weeks, but if a specific timeline exists please notify us and we will try to meet it.
- Please specify that your request is a "request for bid/quotation" and not an order
