West Music is an authorized warranty repair center for Fender, Peavey, Roland, Tascam, Teac, and Yamaha. If your brand didn't make the list, one of our sales associates can help you determine how to obtain warranty service. All warranty repairs require a copy of your original receipt. Your owner's manual should give you details about warranty duration and coverage, but if you're not sure, we can help. If you lost your receipt and bought your item from us, we can probably help you find it. Warranty repairs not purchased from West Music will be charged a warranty processing fee (and we don't have a copy of your receipt).
We guarantee all of our repairs for 30 days. This guarantee is limited to the repairs performed by us and items used under normal conditions. Normal conditions do not include items submerged in water, items used outside of the manufacturer's design parameters, or items used while inside an active volcano. While we would be happy to repair these items, we must do so at our standard shop rate.
Volcano insurance is now available for an additional fee. Please ask us for details.
