Music for Dancers, Too! has an 8-page fold-out with a listing of the elements and concepts of music, and music and movement suggestions for each song inside.

I believe this is the 2nd CD in this collection. There is Music for Dancers and Music for Dancers Too. Is there a certain track you are looking for? I hope this helps and I would be happy to help further if I can!
