This is the second book in the MusicWorx Toolbox series. This toolbox has been field tested and developed over a seven-year period from work at the Scripps Center for Integrative Medicine in La Jolla, California. The group for whom these sessions were designed includes people participating in a 12-week lifestyle change and/or Healing Hearts programs. Those in the medicine profession are increasingly supporting integrative and holistic approaches to overall health. These twelve session plans address the mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual needs of the participants. Participants are introduced to exciting interactive and applicable uses of music as a part of a healthy and fulfilling lifestyle.
