I have already purchased bass and alto xylophones plus I have 6 soprano glockenspiels. What would you recommend for the next Orff instrument? I am thinking an alto metallophone would be good.

BEST ANSWER: These do come with a pair of Sonor mallets.
How does the tone of the Global Beat alto met allophone compare to the tone of the Primary and Meisterklasse metallophones?
Linda M on Dec 25, 2017
BEST ANSWER: All Global Beat models sound great for the price, but you will notice a difference in tone when compared to Sonor's other lines. The Global Beat series have smaller resonator boxes so they don't sound quite the same as their Meisterklasse or Primary Line products.
