is it possible to buy a stick with mallets on butt end & nylon tips on other end. the wood tips go dead after extended use and cymbal response is not as good when riding cymbal? yes!

Best Answer: The closet thing out there would be the Mike Balter LB2 Stick/Mallet combo. This is a drum set stick with a nylon tip on one end, and a yarn mallet on the other end.
