This package features Recorder Express by Artie Almeida and the Yamaha YRS-20B Blue Soprano Recorder!

Bundled together is the colorful Yamaha YRS-2BG Blue Soprano Recorder with Recorder Express by Artie Almeida!

Have a fun and stylish recorder by getting Yamaha’s translucent, Cotton Candy, Blue recorder. These chic recorders have a 3-piece construction and Baroque-English fingering. The 3-piece design can make them easy to clean and allow students to remove the head when they’re practicing their fingering. The bundle comes complete with a carrying bag and fingering chart. It does not come with a cleaning rod, and since the recorder is translucent, we recommend purchasing a cleaning rod separately to keep it looking great from inside and out.

The cost for both recorder and book is an exceptional value. The students love to swap recorder parts to create an "ultra cool" instrument. They actually plan their purchases with each other!

This is a great set to use with beginning recorder students in my classroom. It's much cheaper than buying the two items separately.

I have found this book to be very "kid and teacher friendly" when teaching recorders to my 3rd graders. I had the privilege to meet Ms Almeida at an Orff conference and her love for teaching music to children is evident in all she does. Her strong woodwind background is also evident in the content of this book and I highly recommend it.
