Treeworks
TreeWorks chimes come respected throughout the musical instrument community, and accompany studio and touring drummers, concert percussionists, and top drum corps. With varying chime lengths, a player will create enchanting sounds with strength and resonance from Treeworks products. Depending upon the player's choice, a classic chime bar, tree bar, or single row bar, will differ in number of pitches. A Treework chime instrument is easy to learn, and exciting to master for players of all ages and skill levels.
Treeworks' founder, percussionist Mitch McMichen, created his first set of chimes in the summer of 1996. Unhappy with the options in the current market, he set out to create a better sound using high quality bars, cords, and mantles. Still made in Nashville, Tennessee, TreeWorks chimes sources native hardwoods to support local resources. The result is a clean, crisp, shimmering sound.
