This Basic Beat 6" steel triangle is great for producing various effects depending on where and how the musician strikes it. The triangle can be hit on its open side, closed side, and closed angle to create a range of sounds. To bring out a wavering tone, also known as tremolo, strike the closed angle quickly back and forth. The triangle only needs to be lightly struck to produce its full range of rich sounds.
