Beat the Odds^®: Social and Emotional Skill Building Delivered in a Framework of Drumming is an evidence-based and trauma-informed program that integrates activities from group drumming and group counseling to build core strengths such as focusing, listening, team building, leadership,  expressing feelings, managing anger/stress, empathy, and gratitude.

Through an eight-session, scripted curriculum, facilitators can serve whole classrooms simultaneously with guided interactions that can easily be adapted for any age group or ability.
