It's Not Easy Being a Bunny

In this humorous tale about finding your identity, Marilyn Sadler introduces readers to P. J. Funnybunny, who has had it with being a bunny. He has too many brothers and sisters, he's tired of eating carrots, and his ears are too big. P. J. decides to run away and live with a different animal. Unfortunately, every animal he goes to live with has very un-bunny-like characteristics - the bears sleep too much, the pigs like to lie in the mud, the beavers are too busy, and the skunks...well, that's pretty obvious. Roger Bollen’s illustrations do an outstanding job showing just what it is about each animal P. J. tries to live with that help him finally decide that home with his bunny family is where he belongs.
