Here's Two

“Here's Two” is a collection of original jazz tunes for Orff classes contains teaching suggestions, full teacher scores, listening recommendations and helpful information about jazz styles. Most of the pieces are layered ostinati (a repeated musical idea) with a melody. The included CD ROM contains visual aids to help with ensemble and solo instrument set ups, MP3 audio files for each piece, and reproducible full scores and individual student parts. The songs and activities in this book have been used successfully and are recommended for students in grades 4-8. For grades 4-8.
