Yoga Pretzels is a deck of 50 5" x 7" cards. This deck offers an effective, playful and easy way to teach and learn yoga. Music and movement teachers will appreciate some fun ways for students to experience shapes and levels. The card deck is divided into nine sections. Each card shows the pose on one side and directions and tips on the other side. The 5" x 7 " cards come in a sturdy box.
