Overseas Connection M-464 9.5" Rope-Tuned Mali Kangaba Djembe

Overseas Connection is the exclusive importer of Kangaba drums from Mali. No other African-made drum can compare. These shells are hand-carved to the correct proportions, with metal rings custom-welded to fit each drum. Only the best goat skins make the cut, and bearing edges are perfectly level, smooth, and rounded, ensuring a beautiful traditional djembe tone. The shells are well sanded and finished inside and out with liquid shea butter. Strong, European 2-part polyester cord keeps the drum in tune.

These drums come with a head repair service offered by the importer. If your drumhead breaks, they will re-head it, tune it, and return it to you for a nominal fee. Please call our customer service department for details.
