What are the guidelines and exclusions for West Music promotions?

From time to time, West Music has various offers, coupon codes, and promotions. The below information is to help identify our general exclusions and terms of offers. This information does not indicate that these are specific promotions in effect at this date. Please note that West Music offers and promotions do not apply to previous purchases. Additional kinds of promotions may be in effect at various times. If a promo code is required, the promo code must be present at check out, or given at time order is placed for the promotion (discount, free shipping, etc) to apply.

West Music will honor all promotions, including but not limited to free shipping offers, sale pricing, coupons and codes, that originate from the West Music website, email, SMS message and direct mail campaigns, through conventions and workshops, and promotions we have authorized through our partners and affiliates. We will honor these authorized promotions in accordance with the terms and time-frames stated in the promotional materials. We reserve the right to refuse to honor offers, discounts or promotions originating from unauthorized third parties.

Free Shipping promotions

Free shipping promotions may or may not include a minimum order value - refer to the specific promotion to identify minimums. Additionally, free shipping offers may or may not require the use of a promo code during checkout.

*Free shipping offers are for standard shipping in the contiguous US. Expiration dates will apply. Excludes items with oversized shipping rates. Items marked as "shipping savings" will have shipping charges removed during order processing. Not valid on orders with express shipping, international orders, or orders shipping to US Territories, Alaska or Hawaii. Some specific product exclusions may apply; in that case shipping charges will be assessed at check out. Unless otherwise stated, shipping offers may not be combined with other shipping and/or discount offers.

Discount promotions

Discount promotions may or may not include a minimum order value - refer to the specific promotion to identify minimums. Additionally discount offers may or may not require use of a promo code in the check out.

For discount promotions with minimum order value, order value is calculated as total of qualifying products. Some discount promotions are limited to in-stock product only; refer to the specific promotion for details.

Percentage Off

Unless otherwise stated, percentage off will be an additional discount off the everyday selling price and may not be combined with any other discount structure. Expiration dates will apply. Orders may be placed via westmusic.com, phone, fax, email, or mail. Not valid on previous purchases, and minimum order value may apply. The following product categories are excluded from discount percentage off promotions: Used/Demo; Gift Cards; Gameplan products; Purposeful Pathway products; Gibralter products; Gretsch products; Keyboard Percussion; Software; Wenger Classroom Furniture, carts, and storage; West Music Tiered Carts and accessories, HealthRHYTHMS collections; Bose products; items with additional sale pricing. Some additional product exclusions may apply; in that case discount will not be displayed for those products. Percentage off promotions may not be combined with other offers such as free shipping, unless specifically stated. Percentage off applies to qualifying product total, does not include shipping or sales tax.
