How to Request a Quote

Requesting a quote

Like many of our customers, your organization may require prior approval before you can place an order with us. We make it easy to request a quote online or over the phone.

Online

Step 1: Build a Cart

1. Hover over 'Shop Now' to open our category drop-down, then click on the category you want to browse.
2. Or enter a description of what you are looking for in the search bar.
3. Add items to your cart by pressing the "Add to Cart" on a category or search results page or from a specific product page.

Step 2: Share Cart

1. Click on "Cart" in the upper right-hand corner.
2. Review your order in the "Cart" screen and ensure all the items and quantities are correct.
3. To review estimated shipping costs, click "View and Edit Cart."
4. Press the "Share Shopping Cart" button.
5. To share the cart via Email, select 'Email' in the 'Choose Sharing Option' window.
   1. Fill out the form with service@westmusic.com as the recipient email. Then, fill in your name and Email.
   2. In the message box, please enter:
      1. "Please provide a quote for this cart."
      2. The address where the order will be delivered. 
      3. The email(s) where we should deliver the quote.
         
         1. Note: If you want to send your cart to someone else before sending it to our quote team, change the recipient email address as needed. 
6. You may also select 'URL' in the 'Choose Sharing Option' window.
   1. This option allows you to copy the cart's URL and share it via Chat or any other method you choose.
   2. Fill out your name and Email, then click 'Get Link.' 
   3. Then copy the link and share it wherever you choose, or store it for later reference. 

Step 3: Wait for a response from our team

1. Our quote team will respond within two business days.
2. Shopping carts by themselves do not constitute valid West Music quotes, and prices are subject to change at any time.

Over The Phone

1. You can also work with one of our educational consultants to build a quote over the phone. Our consultant can provide personalized recommendations based on your requirements.
