How to Request a Quote Online

Step 1: Build a Cart

• Hover over 'Shop Now' to open our category drop-down, then click on the category you want to browse.
• Or enter a description of what you are looking for in the search bar.
• Add items to your cart by pressing the "Add to Cart" on a category or search results page or from a specific product page.

Step 2: Share Cart

• Click on "Cart" in the upper right-hand corner.
• Review your order in the "Cart" screen and ensure all the items and quantities are correct.
• To review estimated shipping costs, click "View and Edit Cart."
• Press the "Share Shopping Cart" button.
• To share the cart via Email, select 'Email' in the 'Choose Sharing Option' window.
  • Fill out the form with service@westmusic.com as the recipient email. Then, fill in your name and Email.
  • In the message box, please enter:
    • "Please provide a quote for this cart."
    • The address where the order will be delivered. 
    • The email(s) where we should deliver the quote.
      
      • Note: If you want to send your cart to someone else before sending it to our quote team, change the recipient email address as needed. 
• You may also select 'URL' in the 'Choose Sharing Option' window.
  • This option allows you to copy the cart's URL and share it via Chat or any other method you choose.
  • Fill out your name and Email, then click 'Get Link.' 
  • Then copy the link and share it wherever you choose, or store it for later reference. 

Step 3: Wait for a response from our team

• Our quote team will respond within two business days.
• Shopping carts by themselves do not constitute valid West Music quotes, and prices are subject to change at any time.

How to Request a Quote Over The Phone
