Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star (Book, Youm)

In the Musicmap series, pictures and patterns are used to map the path of the melody. In the first half of the book, the illustrations have the lyrics printed on the page. In the second half of the book, there are no words and the pictures map the contour of the melody. That is the Musicmap.

The song's melody is notated on the staff with lyrics in the back of the book.

The enclosed audio CD has tracks with a child's voice singing the song accompanied by the orchestra. After a bridge, a vibraphone plays the melody with the orchestra.

The Musicmap series provides a fun and effective way for young children to learn pre-reading musical notation.
