American Drum P21 soft yarn xylophone mallets make an excellent addition to any music classroom. American Drum innovation, design, and craftsmanship have set the standard for Orff mallets over the past 50 years. American Drum mallets are made with tough nylon shafts for durability and large vinyl grips for easy handling and less fatigue. The P21 has a yarn head wrapped over a soft, 1.25" eliptical-shaped rubber head. Not only do these mallets give a great core-sound, but when the yarn finally wears out after years of playing, you have a brand new soft rubber mallet underneath!
