One, Two, Three...Echo Me!

"One, Two, Three...Echo Me!"contains over 60 ready-to-use original songs, games, and activities to help children sing in tune and explore music concepts. These classroom-tested songs and activities are organized into two parts. Part 1 has 10 activities that help students experiment with various ways of using their voices and distinguishing singing/ speaking voice. Part 2 has four sections of songs and games to help children sing in tune, each one packed with songs and stimulating activities that encourage initial success for beginners while enhancing skills of more advanced students. Each song/ activity contains learning objectives, step-by-step directions, reproducible game cut-outs, and teaching hints and suggestions. Melody lines and lyrics are given for songs. A CD is included that is intended as a teacher resource, to use as the songs are presented to a class. It is recommended that the class return to unaccompanied singing as the students are able to sing the melodies accurately, for a more effective approach when helping students learn to sing in tune.
