Remo Fiberskyn MM-2010-F4 10" Pre-Tuned Mondo Tubano Head

The Remo Mondo MM-2010-F4 Type 3 10" Pre-Tuned Tubano Head is defined by its construction style. This drumhead features a straight-wall ACOUSTICON construction.  Mondo heads overall are stronger, more durable and available in varying degrees of thickness from lightweight (resembling goat skin) to heavy (resembling mule or cowhide). Unlike animal skin, these heads are resilient to variations in weather and climate, making them easy to tune and play in any condition.

Type 3 heads are FIBERSKYN® 3 heads feature a straight-wall ACOUSTICON construction with a medium-high 2" collar and feature a ½" support rim.  This is the original drum head on older models of Pre-tuned Tubanos.  The sound is very bright and has a long sustain or resonance.
