Strictly Warm-Ups, Vol. 1

Strictly Warm-Ups Vol. 1 is choral resource designed for individuals or groups of all ages. This book and CD provide a fun, “hands-free” warm-up, allowing choral directors to get up close to their singers to check posture, vocal technique, and hear each voice independently. The CD has 6 warm-ups that include piano accompaniment, along with singing demonstrations. The book includes written examples of the exercises and piano accompaniments. Each segment starts with a physical warm-up, a breath awareness and  breathing exercise, and then several exercises that use vowels, consonants and scales. Some of the exercises are fun tongue twisters.
