Ten to Teach Melody

"Ten to Teach Melody" is a collaborative collection of ten lessons from an all-star team of music educators! Each of the lessons includes exercises to address a specific aspect of the element of melody. Students will learn about steps, skips, repeats, contour, high vs. low sounds, composing with sol and mi, identifying low sol, melodic inversions, sequences, and motifs.

Online access to lesson suggestions and numerous teaching aids are available included.
